Beta datamining, not final item tooltips: this guide describes set-bonus records, not new item stats or drops. Some internal proc names lack exact trigger rates or coefficients, and datamined records can include unused Season of Discovery entries. Existing Forever item pages may still display the old 2/4/6/8 bonuses. Check the primary source before planning a build.

What changed in Forever?

The original eight-piece dungeon sets generally unlocked bonuses at 2, 4, 6 and 8 pieces. Current beta records reorganize those bonuses around 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 pieces. Upgraded Tier 0.5 records do not consistently expose an individual 4P effect.

Leveling sets have also changed: Defias Leather adds humanoid-focused effects, Embrace of the Viper adds new proc labels, and Scarlet Crusade armor has new undead-oriented effects. The exact final balance and individual item stats are not established by the set-bonus datamine.

Where to find the items

These are existing Classic sets, not newly confirmed drops from the nine new WoW Forever dungeons. Original equipment and representative items can be looked up in the Items database or on Wowhead Forever, but existing item tooltips may lag behind the beta changes listed here.
