How to get WoW Forever beta access

The currently announced beta begins September 17. Blizzard explicitly includes access with the Skyborne Epic Pack and Warcraft Forever Collection.

What the beta should verify

What does not currently grant beta access?

Blizzard’s Heroic Pack benefits list Skyborne access, early name reservation and cosmetics, but the beta benefit appears only in Epic and Collection tiers. An Invite-A-Friend launch code is for the November 4–11 launch-week window, not the September beta.
