Blizzard says access to the Skyborne race and the Zephras Isle starting experience is included with the Skyborne Heroic Pack and higher editions. WoW Forever itself launches with an active WoW Subscription or Game Time.

Community screenshots and comments are not enough to hard-code racial effects. When beta opens, exact names, values, icons and tooltips can be bulk-imported with build numbers.

Zephras Isle is the Skyborne starting experience. The zone page is ready for quest chains, NPCs, coordinates and reward data from the beta client.
