How this fan portal handles basic site data and voluntary community submissions.

Information you submit
If you submit a guild listing, the site may store the guild name, faction, region, realm, raid schedule, public community links, GM/contact nickname, description and recruitment text. Do not submit private personal information.
Server logs and analytics
The hosting provider may record standard technical logs such as IP address, browser, requested URL and timestamp. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy should be updated to name those services and describe their cookies or identifiers.
Public listings
Approved guild submissions are intentionally public. A guild listing can be edited or removed by the site administrator.
Third-party links
The site links to Blizzard, YouTube, Discord and other external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Contact
Use the contact page for privacy or listing-removal requests once the site owner has configured a public contact address.
