In post-BlizzCon developer interviews, the team described a large dungeon-XP rebalance: monster-kill XP is lower, while completing dungeon quests gives much more experience. The goal is to reward actually doing the dungeon and its quests without making repeated instance spam the best way to level from 1–60.
